SRAN Workspace provides software tools to organize and manage projects, businesses, and operations. SRAN Workspace is not responsible for the outcomes of how these tools are used.
You are solely responsible for all actions taken within your account, including data entry, financial records, team invitations, and operational decisions. SRAN Workspace, its developers, and its staff assume no liability for losses, damages, disputes, or regulatory issues arising from your use of the platform.
You retain full ownership of the data you create. SRAN Workspace only processes and stores data to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You control who has access to your workspaces. Any misuse or unauthorized activity by invited users is your responsibility. SRAN Workspace enforces role‑based permissions but does not intervene in your internal management.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SRAN Workspace, including its developers and staff, from any claims, disputes, or liabilities resulting from your use of the platform.
SRAN Workspace relies on Google Cloud infrastructure to deliver services. While we strive for global availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third‑party outages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time, and your data will be deleted upon request.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of SRAN Workspace after changes means you accept the updated terms.
